Presently, the following programmes are being offered:

Diploma in veterinary science and animal husbandry
Duration: 3 years.
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 12th with science and other rules set by the government. 

B V Sc- Bachelor in veterinary science and animal husbandry
Duration: 3 to 4 years.
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 12th with science and state entrance test set by the government.

M V Sc- Master in veterinary science and animal husbandry
Duration: 2 years.
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed B V Sc from this institute or any other recognized university.

P hD in veterinary science and animal husbandry
Duration: 2 to 5 years.

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed Master in veterinary science and animal husbandry from this institute or any other recognized institute or university.

The University offers the Academic Programme leading to award of the Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.) Degree of two years  duration and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree of three years duration:
