AMUPMDC Asso CET 2014 Application Procedure
The AMUPMDC ASSO CET 2014 Application Form and Information Brochure will be made available online on the official website for AMUPMDC - www.amupmdc.org. The documents will be available from 10 March - 20 April, 2014. The processing fee and examination fee for ASSO CET 2014 add to a total of Rs. 3,000, and are to be paid directly to AMUPMDC's State Bank of India account. Further instructions regarding the payment of fees are available on the official website.
After reading the Instructions, you have to click the NEXT button, which will direct you to the page to display the Online Application form. Along with filling in the Application form, you will have to upload scans of your photograph and signature.
Each field will be validated by the system before it is submitted, to prevent discrepancies. Any changes to be made to the form must be made before clicking the SUBMIT button, after which there is no provision to make changes.
Before submission, you will be requested for the password.
The Bank Challan will be displayed, and you need to take a printout of this Challan. This Challan must be used to pay the fee, in AMUPMDC's account in any State Bank of India branch within two days of printing the Challan. You will then obtain your copy of the Challan which shows the Journal ID/Transaction ID.
The Challan will also contain a unique Application No./Username, and this detail will be mailed to you at the e-mail id you provide during the process of application.
Once this is over, you may login at www.amupmdc.org with the Application No./Username and password, to verify the application form.
AMUPMDC Asso CET 2014 Admit Card
The Admit Card will be available for download between 10 -17 May, 2014. You need to carry this Admit Card, along with your Identity Card (with photograph) of the institution you last attended.
Make sure you submit only one application, as multiple application forms will make you liable for disqualification.
